Who We Help
By no means comprehensive, here are some examples of who could benefit from our process:
The Writer
Someone who wants to write a book, especially a first book. Difficult, arduous, and lengthy. A true challenge! The blank page and self-doubt are likely your greatest enemies. We’ll advise on breaking such a monumental task down into bite-sized pieces and rewarding yourself for progress. Let’s take the power away from the doubt and give it back to your creativity.
The Budgeter
Someone looking to have more control over their finances. This requires being vulnerable, having sensitive conversations, and potentially making lifestyle changes. The result, however, is financial security. The biggest challenges might be making cuts to spending and making it a habit to review expenses regularly. We’ll provide a plan for integrating this habit into your daily routine and advice on how to make lifestyle changes incrementally so it’s not so scary.
The Athlete
A future marathon runner, or maybe someone who just wants to get more regular physical activity. It takes time, new routines, and a lot of discomfort to get to this goal. We’ll help you figure out what parts of being active are fun and craft a plan that makes moving your body something you look forward to, not just a chore to get done.
